*Safeguarding Basic Awareness – Thursday 8th June 2017*
We are running another six-hour training session in June, following the success of our first two open Safeguarding Basic Awareness course in October 2016 and March 2017. You can find some of the things participants said about the training below.
This course is suitable for individuals from different settings to take part in and may prove cost effective for small teams or for individuals who missed out on their own in-house safeguarding training. Our training has been locally Verified to ensure that it is completely compliant with the high standards of the Local Safeguarding Children Board (Bristol SCB) – meaning it is up to date, high quality and completely relevant.
For further information and to book a place, please visit our Eventbrite page. If you wish to make a booking but pay off-line, please select ‘pay by invoice’ once you’ve clicked ‘order’.
“The group activities were enjoyable, and led to thought-provoking discussion. The training provided a good refresher opportunity which I would recommend to anyone.”
Sarah Mills, Class Teacher, St Anne’s Infant School
“Mandy’s training was set at a good pace. As a result of the session I feel more confident about reporting concerns, and would recommend it to others as being both friendly and informative.”
Jane Fry, Support Worker, Always Precious
